The final eight tickets to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA men's tournament were awarded on Sunday.
On Saturday, No. 1 seeds Duke and Michigan hit the coast along with No. 2 Naan i and No. 3 Illinois.No. 3 Michigan State and No. 4 Arkansas and Nebraska also picked up wins.Then No. 11 Texas moved on to the next weekend with an upset of Gonzaga.
This all adds up to six Big Ten conference teams making the second week of the Big Dance.The league actually has at least one team in each region, so it could be an all-Big Ten field in the Final Four in Indianapolis as well.
The Red Raiders led 6-0 when Alabama went cold, but Bama led 63-45 with 11:55 to play.Tech has a long way to go to get back there.
