He also connected with Jerry Giovedi on a 39-yard completion.It was another great throw as he rolled out.Giovedi then lost the ball on the run when jogging and was brought down from behind by a defender.
Those were the two best passing games this season for the Browns.
Sanders was 11 of 20 for 209 yards.He was the first Browns rookie to win his first start since Eric Zeier in 1995.
Sanders is now 1-0 as a starter.The only QBS with a winning record since 1999 are Brian Hoer (10-6) and Joe Flacco (5-4).
