The Packers exited Week 16 with injuries to two of their top signal callers in Jordan Love and Malik Willis.Love left the game with a left shoulder injury and a concussion, and Willis played brilliantly after his number was called.Unfortunately, Willis suffered a right shoulder injury in the final game of regulation, which put both players on the Week 17 injury report.
According to NFL Insider Adam Schefter, both Love and Willis were listed as questionable Thursday after being limited in practice.With both moving in the right direction heading into Saturday night's meeting at Lambeau Field, Green Bay fans should feel more confident about their quarterback situation.
On the other end of the spectrum, Baltimore appears less likely to have All-Pro QB Lamar Jackson available to play after he was downgraded to questionable on Thursday, according to Schefter.If Jackson can't go Saturday night, the Ravens will turn to veteran Tyler Huntley, who, while a service option under center in his own right, is nowhere near the threat Jackson can be when firing on all cylinders.
Given the way Baltimore has underperformed during the 2025 campaign, with their postseason life hanging by a thread, Jackson's absence in uniform and game-ready could be the final blow to the faith this team has left in its ability to finish a season that hasn't come close to living up to expectations.
A win over the Ravens could help create the momentum this Packers team desperately needs if they want to make a run at the NFC Championship and the trip to the Super Bowl that comes with it.The only way that can happen is for Love to be the one who does the hitting.
