What the NFLPA says

A statement from the NFLPA and the NFL said Skattebo and Daboll "failed to react and demonstrated disregard for the requirements of the concussion protocol and constitute a violation."

The league and the NFL Players Association launched an investigation into the incident the day after the game

The NFL has told every NFL team that medical personnel are the only people other than the player allowed to enter the medical tent during a concussion evaluation.

Brian explained why Dabol entered the medical tent

"I'll say it like I said last night, I went in, I didn't go in, I just stuck my head in to see how our quarterback was doing. He just asked him, 'How are you?'" Daboll said on Oct. 17.

The Giants defeated the Eagles in that game in Week 6, 34-17.
