Lamar Jackson didn't practice on Monday with a hamstring injury, creating uncertainty as to whether he'll be available on Sunday.

OVINS MILLS, Maryland.Lamar Jackson has been sidelined with a right hamstring injury since returning from the Baltimore Ravens.

Jackson did not practice Monday against the Ravens, which raises the question of whether the two-time NFL Most Valuable Player will return for Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears.

Ravens Coach John Harbaugh was hopeful last week that Jackson would return after missing the last two games. But Jackson was off the field Monday for Baltimore's first practice since the concussion.

Harbur declined to speak specifically about Jackson while Jackson is a bonson if he likes his CrosL quarterback number to practice this week.

"I think all the guys are working hard to come back, I can tell you that," Harbaugh said after Monday's practice."We'll see who comes back and who trains on Wednesday. I don't want to comment on any individual."

When asked if he expected Jackson to play Sunday, he remained tight-lipped, "same answer."

The Ravens (1-5) are off to their worst start in the franchise's 30-year history and are looking to Jackson's return to give them a midseason boost. After losing both games Jackson has missed this season, Baltimore was on offense with backup Cooper Rush scoring 13 points.

Jackson was one of three players out of the Ravens' 37-20 loss at Kansas City with a hamstring injury. Now, 22 days later, Jackson is the only one who still doesn't believe it.Cornerback Chidebe Awuzie returned more than a week ago, and tight end linebacker Raquan Smith returned Monday.

Ravens wide receiver Zay Maruva, who is one of Jackson's closest friends on the team, said he talks to Jackson every day but is unsure when Jackson will return.

"I honestly don't know this situation," Flowers said."If he's [to play], we're ready to go."

Since 2018, Baltimore is 74-32 (.698), including the playoffs, with Jackson as the starting quarterback, averaging 28.1 points per game.Without Jackson, the Ravens are 4-12 (.250), averaging 15.4 points per game.

Despite their slow start, Baltimore has little room for error going forward.According to Analytics, the Ravens have a 28.6% chance of making the playoffs.

"Everybody in our room is definitely still in the mindset that we can do it and I believe we can," Cimanback Marlon Humphrey said.
