Sonia Boompastor has confirmed there are no new injuries ahead of Saturday's sell-out FA Cup semi-final win against Arsenal.

Soon Bobstor confirmed no more risk after we win the semi-final and a lunch in the lunch with Arseenal competition.

The Blues will face their London rivals at Stamford Bridge after holding off a solid 1-0 win in Manchester on Wednesday to reach the final of the Women's Cup for the seventh consecutive year.

There was no time to dwell on this result for Bompaster and his side as Chelsea now face a huge test in front of our fans at the Bridge as we look to keep the pressure on Manchester City at the top of the Women's Super League.

The head coach will need a full strength squad to face the Gunners, and the good news is that there were no casualties from Wednesday's tough battle at the Joie Stadium.

“The team is doing well,” Bompaster said.“It's always easy to bounce back after a win.and all the players who took part in the game with ManchesterCity will be ready for tomorrow.”

There is little change between Wednesday night's game and another crucial game against Arsenal on Saturday lunchtime, with the Chelsea manager keen to stress the importance of having a deep squad to cope with the demands of fighting on multiple fronts.

After this weekend's game against the Gunners, the Blues head back north to Manchester to take on Man City again. We want a win at the Etihad to close the six-point gap at the top of the VSL table.

"This week is a great example when you want to compete in all four tournaments," continued Bompastor."That means you have to play three games a week, games where the physicality is very high. The intensity is high and you want to have fresh legs for the next game.

'Depth is important. We travel to Man City on Wednesday evening, then we play two days after the big game in the afternoon.I think it's really important when you can change players that you can keep a good balance between work and physicality.

"Bringing in new players is just as important as showing them technically and mentally. When other teams don't have that depth, I think you have to decide which competition you want to play and that's not something I want to think about!
