Free NFL 2026 subscription notes The good the bad and the bad major deals - The Athletic

When players agree to free agent deals, we'll rank all the signings on The Athletic's list of the top 150 available players.

NFL free agency begins this week with a "legal disruption" window that begins Monday afternoon, with signings allowed until Wednesday night when the new league year opens at16:00.ET.

The wheels and trades have already begun, with a handful of veterans re-signing with their current teams or looking for jobs soon after being cut by their former organizations.

To compile this week's chart, The Athletic's Daniel Popper took a deep dive into this year's free agency class and ranked the top 150 players on the market.

This is your home for the next few weeks as we track all the comings and goings around the league and explain how these players are doing (or not) in their new places.

The Panthers are cashing in on cornerback Jaylen Phillips

Top 150 Rank: 2

Reported contract: 4 years, $120 million

Older young people running backwards who are attacking the open market are getting paid. That's the fault of the free NFL agency. And that's what happened to Phillips, one of the best players of the year.Phillips is still growing as a player and the Panthers are likely to think he will be in the top 10 during this contract period. He has a history of injuries, so Phillips, however, is an explosive athlete who can limit the edge of a running race and create pressure on short-range explosions, especially when driving in swimming. He also has real cover skills, which are an important part of his skills for creative defense coordinator Ejiro Evero. The Panthers pay a premium, but they get one of the best players in Phillips. — Popper

The Panthers add another big piece in LB Devin Lloyd

Top 150 Ranking: 3

Reported deal: 3 years, $45 million

Lloyd is well below our estimate of $19 million per year.He is the fourth-highest paid defenseman in the league, according to Over the Cap.He played as one of the best backs in football in 2025 and will only be 27 when the 2026 season begins.Lloyd is an explosive playmaker with a well-rounded skill set for the position. It is excellent in coverage. He is physical in run defense. He can blitz. He can run from sideline to sideline. He had production last season with 28 rushes and five interceptions. That had all the makings of a deal closer to the top of the market, held by the 49ers' Fred Warner at 21 million APY.Lloyd fits well below that number. This is a big deal for the Panthers.- Popper

Raiders land top center Tyler Linderbaum

Top 150 Ranking: 5

Reported deal: 3 years, $81 million

The Raiders have opened their checkbook for the three-time Pro Bowl and are entrusting him with anchoring a line that will protect Nie.Linderbaum is strong, athletic and durable, having appeared in all 17 games in three of his four seasons in Baltimore. His leadership will prove valuable in coach Klint Kubiak's system and help reduce stress on the young quarterback.—Jones

WR Mike Evans leaves Tampa Bay for San Francisco

Top 150 positions: 6

Reported contract: 3 years, $60.4 million

The 49ers added a Buccaneer in Evans, who had recorded back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons before last year's injury-riddled campaign (joint, broken collarbone).Evans, 32, showed late last season that he's still undersized, recording six catches for 132 yards against Atlanta. If his Week 15 performance is any indication of his abilities this season, he will give Brock Purdy another big target and red zone threat.- Jones

El MVP del Super Bowl RB Kenneth Walker s'unej als chiefs

Top 150 ranking: 7th

Reported contract: 3 years, $43.05 million

The store will achieve a functional franchise tag within three years. The director's entry was less than $14.3 million. It was a one year, fully guaranteed contract. The Chiefs needed help. After Kareem Hunt and Isiah Pacheco, they formed one of the least explosive backfields in football. They were combined in 2025. Walker made two such runs in the Super Bowl. Walker is a complete back with speed, vision, patience, contact speed and poise. He will transform the Chiefs' rushing attack. They would have to pay near the top of the market to do that.- Popper

Dolphins land QB Malik Willis

Top 150 ranking: 8

Reported deal: 3 years, $67.5 million

New Dolphins head coach Jon-Eric Sullivan dug up his roots in Green Bay, hired former Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley as his coach, and now Sullivan has landed Willis at quarterback. The 2022 third-round pick has enjoyed a career resurgence under Matt LaFleur in Green Bay, where he backed up Jordan Love two seasons ago after struggling in limited action at Tennessee.went 2-1 in his first start while completing 78.7 percent of his passes for 972 yards and six touchdowns. He also averaged 6.2 yards per carry and scored three rushing touchdowns in his first start for Green Bay.He chalked up that performance to a deal that included $45 million in guaranteed money and a chance to start the rebuilding Dolphins, where offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik is Mike and disciple Kyle Shanahan.as LaFleur.- Jones

RB Travis Etienne returns home, commits to Saints

Top 150 ranking: 9

Reported contract: 4 years, $52 million

The 27-year-old Etienne had suitors with the Jaguars who wanted to keep him and the Broncos were also interested. But in the end, he decided to return to his native Louisiana to play for the Saints, Kellen Moore, who helped position Saquon Barkley for a career year in Philadelphia two years ago.Etienne rushed for 1,107 yards and seven touchdowns. Also had 36 catches for 292 and six touchdowns for the Jaguars. It was his third 1,000-yard campaign in four seasons.Etienne's deal makes him the sixth highest paid man in the league by APY.- Jones

WR Alec Pierce continues with the Colts in a big way

Top 150 ranking: 10

Reported deal: 4 years, $114 million

Pierce, 26, shined as an explosive threat for the Colts last season, leading the NFL with 21.3 yards per catch. He finished the year with 47 receptions for 1,003 yards and six touchdowns. He showed great skill as a route runner and got that production for a nice salary. Now he'll look to build on last season and continue his rise for Indianapolis, which will retain defenseman Daniel Jones (they put a transfer tag) and win another AFC South title after injuries (Jones among the key losses) derailed a promising 2025 campaign.— Jones.

Edge Odafe Oweh is paid with commanders

Top 150: 11th

Reported contract: 4 years, $100 million

The Ravens traded Owe to the Chargers after Week 5 of last season, at which point Owe had no sacks until the end of the year.Ove had 10.5 sacks in 13 games, including a three-sack game against the Patriots in the playoffs. That's a solid rush, but it feels like a cardinal sin in free agency. That is, paying good players as much as great players. Owe benefits from playing alongside Khalil Mackey and Tuli Tuipulotu, he could be a talented No. 2 running back.He functions best as a high-quality third baseman. As seen from last season, he is not a No. 1 runner. The commissioner will pay it to that player.Ove needs to step up as a player to make this deal happen.- Popper

Agents re-sign Khalil Mack for one year

The highest level of 150: 13

Reported deal: 1 year, $18 million

Mack signed the same deal with the Chargers last offseason.Although he is entering his age-35 season, Mack is still impactful as a run defender and pass rusher. Seasons provide more flexibility. But Mack is worth that money. He enters 2026 with one element missing from his Hall of Fame resume: a playoff victory. He thinks he can do it with Jim Harbaugh and Justin Herbert in L.A. - Popper

OF Jermaine Eluemunor re-signed with Giants

Ranking to top 150: 14th

Reported deal: 3 years, $39 million

Eluemunor is an above-average right tackle, and the Giants turned him into one of the best values in free agency. His 98 percent blocking efficiency ranked sixth among all tackles last season, according to PFF.He uses his core strength, his great strength, to sink into his heel and stop the bull rusher.Eluemunor is also an excellent blocker.cunning running back. It's been a slim group in boxing this year.As a result, I thought Eluemunor was closer to $20 million. That seems like a reasonable discount for his home town.— Popper

Titans DL John Franklin-Myers

Top 150 ranking: 15

Reported contract: 3 years, $63 million

After two years in Denver, Franklin-Myers will reunite with former Jets head coach Robert Saleh in Tennessee, where he will be asked to put in similar impactful performances while averaging 7.25 sacks and 32.5 tackles for loss in Denver. Before that, Franklin-Myers averaged four sacks and 31 tackles in four seasons with the Jets.Franklin-Myers, in pursuit of his first Pro Bowl or All-Pro selection, landed a contract with $42 million guaranteed.- Jones

CB Alontae Taylor is headed to Nashville

Top 150 position: 16

Reported deal: 3 years, $60 million

After four seasons in New Orleans, where the Saints drafted him in the second round in 2022, Taylor is headed to Tennessee, where he will contribute to a revamped secondary. The 6-foot-1, 199-pound Taylor has good versatility with the ability to cover from the slot or on the outside. His 52 pass breakups are fourth in the NFL since 2022. - Jones

Guard Isaac Seumalo joined the Cardinals

Top 150 ranking: 18

Announced deal: 3 years, $31.5 million

New Cardinals coach Mike LaFleur made a smart investment in his offensive line by signing Seumalo to a very reasonable contract.Seumalo has played left and right guard in his career. He spent the last three seasons at left guard in Pittsburgh.Seumalo is 32 years old and has been injured throughout his career. These two factors probably influenced his brand. But he is close, compact and powerful as a pass protector and run blocker.Technician.When Smalo is on the field, he can elevate the offensive line.- Baby

WR Van Del Robinson studied with the Titans.

Top 150 rang: 20

Reported deal: 4 years $ 70 million

Robinson reunites with Brian Daboll, his head coach with the Giants.Robinson was the Giants' second-round pick in New York's first draft, Daboll.Daboll was fired during the 2025 season. He is now the Giants' offensive coordinator under new coach Robert Saleh.Robinson is a scrappy receiver with improved routes and quick feet both inside and outside. From his stations. It can pull the field vertically from within the alignment. It should explode in a short area after hunting. There will be no guesswork in predicting how he fits into the Giants' new offense. At the same time, this is expensive for a slot player who only has one season of quality production.— Popper

Dhuwit hangs through C Connor McGovern

Top 150 Rank: 22

Reported deal: 4 years, $52 million

Josh Allen should be happy with this development.Buffalo general manager Brandon Beane has signed a contract to keep the Bills' starting center before he can talk to other teams. The signing means Buffalo hangs on to one of the league's best pass-protecting centers, as well as one of its strongest leaders.

Rams once again S.K.Cigar.

Top 150 ranking: 23

Reported deal: 3 years, $36 million

A player on the rise, Curl made a big splash last season when he recorded a career-high 122 tackles and two interceptions in his second campaign with the Rams.He helps anchor a secondary that now includes newly acquired All-Pro cornerback Trent McDuffie.Curl is extremely versatile and provides strong run support and is also considered a valuable leader on defense.- Jones

Bears are looking for a replacement LB in Devin Bush

Top 150 ranking: 25th

Reported deal: 3 years, $30 million

Earlier this offseason, the Bears cut Tremaine Edmunds to save $15 million. Then they turned to free agency for a better, cheaper option at the same age.Edmunds gave the Bears the backbone of the defense with athleticism and coverage skills.Bush can play a role similar to Edmund's against the pass, although he is not as tall as Edmund. Bush in 2019 entered the top 10, and in 2025 he completely integrated his game into Jim Schwartz's Browns defense. He has high-level athleticism, including lateral speed. And he has eyes that go into coverage of many areas. This is the clever design of the Bears.— Popper

Bengals add lead over Boye Mafe

Top 150 Ranking: 26

Reported contract: 3 years, $60 million

Part of the strength of this signing is that Cincinnati is giving Mafe a deal that will pay him an average of $20 million per season, even though he served as a rotation player and finished the season with two sacks and 31 tackles.Mafe showed he can do more, recording nine sacks, 52 tackles and 16 quarterback hits as a full-time starter in 2023. The Bengals are looking for similar production as they try to replace Trey Hendrickson.—Jones.

WR Jalen Nailor joins Raiders

Top 150 ranking: 27

Reported contract: 3 years, 35 million dollars

Nailor was one of my favorite players in this year's class because of his upside. The 2022 sixth-round pick caught just 29 passes for 444 yards last season. But he was playing alongside Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison and was dealing with poor quarterback play. But the film showed a player who was open often. He has the traits to be a much more productive player in a bigger role, including inside-outside flexibility, yards-after-the-catch ability, game speed to push vertically and spatial awareness to find holes against zone coverage. The Raiders will take Fernando Mendoza with the No. 1 pick. They were short receiver after trading Jakobi Meyers last season. This is a slam-dunk signing for Las Vegas.— Popper

Browns begin rebuilding OL with guard Zion Johnson

Top 150 ranking: 30th place

Reported contract: 3 years, $49.5 million

Johnson had a strong free agency market due to his age, athleticism and durability. He has flaws as a player, especially the awareness to recognize stunts and shots in front of his face. But he's an above-average run blocker with versatility, strength and movement skills. From Weeks 13 to 17 last year, Johnson played the best football of his career. He left in Week 18 as the Chargers had already clinched a playoff spot.In the playoff loss to the Patriots, he reverted to some of his bad habits, particularly in pass protection. That's quite a job for a solid but inconsistent player.Starting offensive linemen were overpaid in free agency.— Popper

The Rams added another former Chiefs CB in Jalen Watson.

Top 150: 31st

Reported deal: 3 years, $51 million

After trading up to acquire Trent McDuffie, the Rams continued their push into the Chiefs secondary by signing the 27-year-old Watson to a three-year deal.Watson gives the Rams another versatile cornerback capable of playing against both the pass and the run. He's not as talented as McDuffie, but Watson is solid, with 42 tackles, six passes and two interceptions last season.- Jones

WR/RS Rasheed Shahid is back with the Seahawks

Top 150 Ipo: 32

Reported deal: 3 years, $51 million

Shahid proved his worth after the Seahawks traded him before the deadline last season. He made key plays as a returner and receiver on Seattle's road to the Lombardi Trophy. However, it is a steep price for a player of his caliber.Shahid is one of the most electric returners in the game.As a receiver, he's a true burner who draws attention deep down the field. This opens up opportunities for teammates like Jackson Smith-Njikpa and Cooper Kupp. But he's not very quarterback-friendly on shallow routes. He doesn't do a good enough job of working the quarterback on in-breaking routes.Shahid is a difference maker. But $17 million a year is a lot of money for a speed element/return.- Popper

TE Isaiah is likely to follow John Harbaugh to the Giants.

Top 150 ranking: 33

Reported contract: 3 years, $40 million

The Ravens allowed a possible departure after re-signing Mark Andrews, and could be giving up a younger, more productive team. John Harbaugh stepped in and brought the five-year pro to New York, hoping Leckley could live up to the potential he had when he averaged 11.6 yards per catch and 15 touchdowns as Baltimore's No. 2 tight end.— Jones

Saints add beef up front with G David Edwards

Top 150 ranking: 34th

Reported deal: 4 years, $61

Not needing help on their offensive line, the Saints brought in former Blues guard Edwards. The 29-year-old has experience at left-back and right-back, but started at Bell last season. He will help anchor a line that will protect sophomore Tyler Shug and pave the way for newly acquired running back Travis Etienne.- Jones

Bengals add safety Bryan Cook

Top 150 Ranking: 35

Reported deal: 3 years, $40.5 million.

After being one of the league's worst defenses, the Bengals needed to add talent, and they got a good, versatile safety in Cook. The 27-year-old can play deep but can also play in the box, so it will be interesting to see how the Bengals use the 6-foot-1, 206-pounder.- Jones

The Lions find a new starting C in Cade Mays

Top position of 150: 36

Reported deal: 3 years, $25 million

Entering last season, the Lions lost one of the league's top centers in Frank Ragnow, who retired in June 2025 at the age of 29. Graham Glasgow replaced Ragnow and struggled in 14 games. They created a free market.Considering how the middle market has exploded, getting Mays at this price is a big deal.Mayes took over the starting job for the Panthers in Week 3 after Austin Corbett was injured and played well, especially in pass protection. It's limited, but it improves the Lions' interior pass protection.- Popper

Kobe Bryant is fighting with the Bears

Top 150 ranking: 41

Reported contract: Three years, $40 million

The Bears are adding a solid defense to their secondary.Bryant, the fourth player from Cincinnati in 2022, last season recorded four interceptions, 66 tackles and seven pass breakups. The new Super Bowl champion also forced and rebounded and should be a good fit for defensive coordinator Dennis Allen.—Jones.

Top recruits include TE Charlie Kolar

Top 150 ratings: 42

Reported deal: 3 years, $24.3 million

The Chargers need to add run blocking after moving veteran Will Dissly to save the salary cap. Corral is the best blocker in this year's free agent class. He is young and has upside as a pass catcher. Corral plays behind Baltimore's Mark Andrews and Isaiah Lekley. As a result, he hasn't had many opportunities to make an impact in the passing game. Corral is a perfect fit for Mike McDaniel's run system.has the athletic skills and mobility to execute tough blocks and blocking ideas unique to McDaniel's system. If Corral stays healthy, I think the Chargers will get value out of the remainder of this contract.- Popper

CB Eric Stokes returns to the Raiders on a 3-year contract

Top 150 Ranking: #45

Reported contract: 3 years, $30 million

A year after settling on a one-year contract with Las Vegas, Stokes is being rewarded by the Raiders with a three-year contract with $20 million guaranteed.Stokes will be playing for a new defensive coordinator this season as Patrick Graham left for the Steelers and running game coordinator Rob Leonard was promoted to DC.But the 2021 first-round pick will still use his length and athleticism to his advantage.— Jones

LB Alex Anzalone heads south to the Bucs

Top 150 ranking: 47

Reported deal: 2 years, $17 million

Longtime Bucks off-ball defender Lavonte David is a free agent and clearly took a step back last season.David turned 36 in January.Entering his age-32 campaign, the Bucs are getting younger at the position by bringing in Anzalone, who is an excellent athlete.Anzalone is fast, flexible and fluid. It's slippery when defending against blocks, especially as a blitzer.29 second-highest pressure rate among linebackers according to TruMedia.Anzalone is also a versatile coverage player.A knock on his game is a slight lack of fitness as a defender. But it's a great value deal for the Bucs at a position of need.- Popper

Dr. David Yemata heads to Jets

Top 150 rank: 48

Reported deal: 1 year, $10.5 million

Onyemata will reunite with Aaron Glenn, who served as his defensive coordinator during his time in New Orleans. The 33-year-old player has good skills and the ability to play at various points on the defensive front. The 6-foot-3, 310-pounder has an impact on both the run and pass and brings a strong veteran presence along with linebacker Demario Davis.— Jones

The Ravens strengthen the IOL by signing John Simpson

Top 150 ranking: 49

Reported deal: 3 years $30 million

Guard was a weak spot for the Ravens last season, and Simpson will bolster the team's interior.Right guard Daniel Farrell is a free agent.Andrew Voorhees, a 2023 seventh-round pick, started at left guard.Plays style and takes a hit on touchdowns, including when going north as a run blocker.New Ravens head coach Jesse Minter is a disciple of Jim and John Harbaugh.Simpson is a player who could set the tone for the physical brand of football Minter prioritises.Based on Simpson's 2025 tie with the New York Jets, the money is right.- Popper

S Jalen Thompson joins Cowboys

Top 150 ranking: 50

Contract reports: 3 years, $33 million

The Cowboys brought in a new defensive coordinator in Christian Parker, who worked under Vic Fangio for the past two seasons with the Eagles.Parker also gets his first NFL coaching job under Fangio in 2021 with the Broncos. Paint safeties with good eyes can thrive in Fangio-style schemes, and Thompson fits that mold.Thompson had eight interceptions from 2021-23.His ball production has stalled over the past two seasons. But Thompson, who spent his entire seven-year career with the Arizona Cardinals, should anchor the deep side of the field for Dallas, and he has some man coverage ability against running backs.Has the ability to match up with makes, tight ends and receivers.- Popper

RB Rico Dowdle joins the Steelers

Top 150 leaders: 51

Reported contract: 2 years, $12.25 million

Coming off back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons, Dowdle gives the Steelers a big, physical back who averaged 4.6 and 4.5 yards per carry in 2024 and 2025, respectively, and had 39 catches in each of the past two seasons.Dowdle is familiar with new Pittsburgh coach Mike McCarthy, who played for him in Dallas in 2024.-Jones

TE Travis Kelce returns to Chiefs

Top 150 Rank: 52

Reported contract: 1 year, $12 million

The 36-year-old player has made it clear that he wants to play in the 14th season of the NFL, and the Chiefs have confirmed that it is happening in Kansas City and not elsewhere. While not as explosive as he once was, Kelce remains crafty in routes and picks up yards after the catch. He only had 76 catches last season (lowest since 2015), but Andy Reid and Mahomes still want him.how to install Kelce. However, it would be wise to add a strong ending in the middle of the frame.—Jones

LB Demario Davis Jetsera doa

Top 150 Rank: 56

Reported contract: two years, $22 million

Davis returned to the team that drafted him. He was the third-round pick by the Jets in 2012. He broke out before becoming one of the best football players in the league with the Saints in his 30s.Davis is entering his age-37 season. He is also an excellent defender. It is a water movement in the area with its experience showing as an immeasurable drop in the area. The Jets paid a premium here to add confidence and leadership to a defense that ranked 30th in EPA play last season, according to TruMedia.-Popper

LB Quay Walker joined the Raiders

Top 150 ipo: 57

Reported contract: 3 years, $40.5 million

A 2022 first-round pick of the Packers, Walker has the ability to make tackles in the open field and also drop coverage. He recorded 128 tackles (11 for loss) last season. While ineffective against the punt and ranked 35th in rushing among outside linebackers with at least 50 snaps, Walker does show explosiveness when going down field against the run.- Jones

Rams TE Tyler Higbee running back

Top 150 ranking: 58

Reported deal: 2 years, $8 million

Higbee could have made more money elsewhere. Now he returns to the Rams for his 11th season as the team's longest-tenured player. The Rams are deep at the end. They drafted Davis Allen in 2023. They signed Colby Parkinson in 2024. They drafted Terrence Ferguson last year. There is some traffic.Additionally, the Rams used 13 men 30.5 percent of the time last season, the highest rate in the league, according to TruMedia. So if there's one team that needs four quality tight ends, it's the Rams.— Popper

RB Tyler Algers joins a new staff with the Cardinals.

Top 150 ranking: 69

Agreement: 2 years;$12.25 million

Michael Carter is a free agent, and the Cardinals chose not to deal Emari Demercado.Along with veteran James Connor and 2024 third-round pick Trey Benson, they need another running back.Allgeier is a big, imposing running back with physicality, footwork and motor. After a phenomenal rookie season, Allgeier played second fiddle to Bejon Robinson. But he is in a more prominent role.He played the last two seasons for Falcons offensive coordinator Zach Robinson, who arrived with the Rams under Sean McVay.The Cardinals hired new coach Mike LaFleur from the Rams.So Algiers will have some scheme familiarity.- Popper

LB Eric Wilson bly av Vikings

Top 150 leaders: 72

Reported deal: 3 years, $22.5 million

Wilson had an impressive 31 career seasons in 2025.For the second time in nine seasons, he played in more than 12 games, matching his career high, according to TruMedia.Wilson parlayed that layoff into a long-term deal as the Vikings' starter. He's a downfield defender who can impact the game as a blitzer and run defender, although he's very limited.in coverage.Wilson is a versatile piece in Bryan Flores' defense for the Vikings, even playing on the sidelines at times. He has sideline-to-sideline speed and an energetic style of play that fits Flores' scheme. The deal was a little less than I expected, but considering Wilson's play and performance last season, it was a good deal.— Popper.

Edge Joseph Ossai joins the Jets

Top 150 ranking: 73

Reported contract: 3 years, $36 million

The Jets need some help after trading Jermaine Johnson II to the Titans earlier this season. And its most suitable is like a turn, which is known as a runner. That's a steep price for a player who won't make much of an impact in the first fall. But Ossai will give the Jets some smoothness.

Chargers add C Tyler Bidas

Top 150 ranking: 75

Reported contract: 3 years, $30 million

The Chiefs cut Biadasz in February, and the Chargers took the opportunity to bring in a reliable starting center. This was a smart move for a team in need of an upgrade in the middle of its offensive line.Bradley Bozeman, who retired earlier this offseason, has been a weak spot for the Chargers the past two seasons. The Chargers could shop at the top of the center market and pursue Tyler Linderbaum.Instead, they signed a skilled and experienced player in Biadasz for a much lower price, giving them additional flexibility moving forward in free agency.- Popper

Top 150 rank: 80

Chiefs catch safety Alohi Gilman

Top 150 ipo: 83

Reported contract: 3 years, $24.75 million

Gilman was drafted by the Chargers in 2020 and spent his first five seasons there. The Chargers traded him to the Ravens in 2025, midway through their sixth season. Now, Gilman is inking a long-term deal with one of the Chargers' biggest rivals. The AFC West rematch in 2026 should be tight. The Chiefs lost safety Brian Cook to the Bengals during the early frenzy of Monday's trading window.Gilman has the instincts and football IQ to fill that role at either the one or the two.The Chiefs know Gilman well from years of division battles, and Kansas City is getting a quality cook replacement at a bargain price.- Popper

Steelers added CB Jamel Dean

Top 150 Ranking: 84

Reported deal: 3 years, $36.75 million

The Steelers got Dean for a reasonable price, but there are some legitimate injuries with the cornerback as he enters his age-30 season. He has missed time the past three seasons with leg, back, hamstring, knee and hip flexor injuries. When healthy, Dean is a big, fast corner. He is easy for his size.It is a dangerous contract, given his checkered past.— Popper

Vera-Tucker is a very good player on the field. The problem is that he can't stay on the field. He played five games in 2022 with a torn triceps. He played seven games in 2023 with a torn Achilles. He missed the entire season with a torn triceps in his other arm.He spent five seasons in the NFL.2024 caps a remarkable year at right back. However, this trade represents a huge risk for the Patriots. If it works out, New England could benefit greatly from this contract.Otherwise it could be a disaster.- Popper.

JK Dobbins returns to Broncos.

Top 150 ipo: 86

Reported deal: 2 years, $20 million

Dobbins is a truly talented defender. He has good sense, good eyesight and patience. However, injuries always limited his production. He hasn't played a full season yet, which means he's not the most reliable. He had 809 rushing yards and four touchdowns last season, and despite playing in just 10 games, his 772 rushing yards led the Broncos.–Jones

LB And Dean are in Las Vegas

Top 150 Ranking: 87

Estimated contract: 3 years, $36 million

Dean is a little undersized at 5-11 and 231 pounds, but has a talent for targeting quarterbacks. Last season, he had 55 tackles and a career-high four sacks in 10 games (eight starts).
