Alabama will go through this year again with frequency, but this time it doesn't require the same level of passion.
This time the Crimson Tide didn't need a 31-yard pass on fourth down.It only took two yards for a first down and six yards for a score.
Then on fourth-and-2 at the Auburn 6-yard line with 3:52 remaining, Ty Simpson found Isaiah Horton in the end zone for the game-winning drive.
As a result, No. 10 Alabama defeated Auburn 27–20 on Saturday at Jordan–Hare Stadium.
By the time the fourth down was decided, a field goal would have given the Crimson Tide the lead.But Alabama coach Kalen Deboer decided to put the ball in his offense's hands.
"I thought it was 29 yards shorter than the last time we needed a touchdown here," DeBoer said."The percentages were probably much more in our favour."

He wasn't the coach in 2023 when Alabama used a fourth-and-31 pass rush to beat the Tigers.Nick Saban was.But DeBoer still found a way to get a mention, paying tribute to an iconic Iron Bowl game.
He then further explained his decision to do so.
"I think you have confidence in the offense to get two yards," DeBoer said. We didn't need a touchdown on that play, but we needed two yards, but I also think with that kind of support, you have confidence in your defense, in this situation, you have a chance to score.

With the play and the victory, Alabama clinched a spot in the SEC Championship game.The Crimson Tide will take on Georgia on Saturday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
